Welcome to The Prostate Clinic
Welcome to The Prostate Clinic. The diagnosis of a prostate problem can be a stressful life event, not only trying to manage the condition itself but also getting an understanding of the relevant issues and determining which treatment option is more suitable. Whether having difficulties passing urine and rushing to the toilet all day and night or being told you, a friend or a relative has a prostate cancer diagnosis, it can be a minefield trying to navigate what is really going on!
Here at The Prostate Clinic we have years at the forefront of managing prostate conditions with state of the art treatments from robotic prostate surgery and GreenLight laser prostate surgery to UroLift. In 2017, Dr Chabert and his team established the first mri/ultrasound fusion biopsy program in Queensland and the first in Australia utilising the Artemis/profuse technology, arguably the most sophisticted device of its kind.
Prostate cancer is the 6th most common cancer worldwide, and the most common cancer (apart from skin cancers) in Australian men.
